Plans
Adaptive and Adaptive Pro are priced monthly or annually — see Pricing for current rates. Adaptive 24/7 is sold by quote only. Talk to us if you need it.
How change requests work
Active means in flight at the same time, not per month. On Adaptive you have one slot: submit a request, we deliver it within 48 hours, the slot frees up and you submit the next one. Pro and 24/7 give you three slots running in parallel. There is no monthly request cap, but there is a fair-use line — see Fair use below. Change delivery is measured from the point the request is accepted into a slot, not from when you send the message. If a request needs clarification, the clock starts once we have what we need. What counts as a change request
A change request is work your current configuration and installed modules can already do. If it needs new engineering, it’s bespoke work.
Bespoke work is quoted separately, and your Adaptive plan discounts that quote: 20% on Adaptive, 25% on Pro, 30% on 24/7. The same discount applies to new modules added to your app.
The discount applies to bespoke quotes and new modules. It does not apply to your platform
subscription, usage credits, or Edge hardware.
Response and P0 bugs
Adaptive plans change response, not the priority definitions. Your issue is still classified P0–P3 exactly as described in Support & SLA. P0 is the highest priority: system down, data loss, active security incident, or payments broken. Adaptive plans commit to a 4-hour response on P0, and Adaptive 24/7 extends that to any hour of any day. Adaptive 24/7 covers P0 only outside business hours. P1–P3 response stays on business hours on every plan. Adaptive 24/7 is now the only way to buy round-the-clock P0 coverage — the separate 24/7 add-on has been folded into it.Workflow review
A scheduled session where we look at how your team is actually using the software and what’s slowing them down. Quarterly on Adaptive, monthly on Pro and 24/7. Most change requests come out of these. Adaptive 24/7 includes an on-site option for the review, subject to location.Module-gap queue
When a change you want isn’t possible with your current modules, it goes into our module-gap queue — the list we use to decide what gets built into the platform next. Adaptive plans get priority there, and Pro and 24/7 go to the front. This isn’t a delivery commitment. It affects ordering, not timelines.Fair use
Adaptive plans are scoped to configuration and existing module capability. Two limits apply:- Volume. More than 15 requests in a month triggers a review conversation, not an automatic charge. We’ll look at whether the plan is the right fit or whether the work is really bespoke.
- After-hours scope. On Adaptive 24/7, out-of-hours coverage is for P0 only — “core operations blocked.” Non-critical requests submitted at 2am are handled the next business day.
