Using Your Own Domain

Checking Your Emails
To see what emails have been sent:- Open your app in Stardeck
- Click the Cloud button in the top-right
- Go to the Email tab
- How many emails you’ve sent today
- Your sending limit
- A list of recent emails with their status (sent, delivered, bounced)
Scheduled & Recurring Emails
By default, emails are sent immediately when something happens in your app—an order ships, a form is submitted, a user signs up. For emails on a schedule, like a weekly report or a daily digest, combine email with Scheduled Tasks. Just describe it to the agent:Common Questions
Why aren’t my emails sending?
- You may have hit your daily limit—check the Email tab to see your usage
- Make sure your app is live (not just in preview)
- Look at the email history for any errors
Why are emails going to spam?
The starterpreview.stardeck.email address is shared, so some email providers are stricter with it. Connecting your own domain significantly improves delivery.
