Checking Your Emails

To see what emails have been sent:
  1. Open your app in Stardeck
  2. Click the Cloud button in the top-right
  3. Go to the Email tab
You’ll see:
  • How many emails you’ve sent today
  • Your sending limit
  • A list of recent emails with their status (sent, delivered, bounced)

Scheduled & Recurring Emails

By default, emails are sent immediately when something happens in your app—an order ships, a form is submitted, a user signs up. For emails on a schedule, like a weekly report or a daily digest, combine email with Scheduled Tasks. Just describe it to the agent:
Every Monday at 9am, email each user a summary of their activity from the past week.
The agent sets up a schedule that runs on your cron expression and sends the emails for you.

Common Questions

Why aren’t my emails sending?

  1. You may have hit your daily limit—check the Email tab to see your usage
  2. Make sure your app is live (not just in preview)
  3. Look at the email history for any errors

Why are emails going to spam?

The starter preview.stardeck.email address is shared, so some email providers are stricter with it. Connecting your own domain significantly improves delivery.

What happens if I hit my limit?

You’ll see a “quota exceeded” message. Your limit resets the next day, or you can upgrade for higher limits.
