LINE is a two-way channel: your apps can send messages to customers on LINE, and they can react when a customer sends a message in. You connect a LINE Official Account in your dashboard, then describe what you want and the agent builds it. Your app never holds your LINE credentials—Stardeck brokers every message. See Connected Services for the shared model.

Testing vs. your own account

You can start sending right away on a shared dev account, then connect your own when you go live—similar to how email works.

Sending on the shared account is blocked once your app is live, so connect your own Official Account before going to production. See Connect LINE.

What you can build

Describe what you want in the project chat. Some examples: Message customers
When an order ships, send the customer a LINE message with the tracking link
React to incoming messages
When someone messages our LINE account "hours", reply with our opening times
Onboard new followers
When a customer adds our LINE account, send them a welcome message and a coupon
You describe the outcome—the agent designs the flow and wires it up. See Receiving messages for how inbound messages reach your app.
Want an AI agent to answer LINE messages automatically, instead of writing the replies in your app? A LINE account can be bound to an AI Assistant that handles conversations for you. (Documented separately—ask support if you’d like early access.)
